Responsibilities:
- Carrying out administrative and supervisory work in the unit’s field of work.
- Carrying out office management work and all its contents.
- Coordinating appointments, visits and meetings.
- Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Preparing reports and agendas.
- Follow-up and coordination with the department’s work team.
Requirements and skills:
- Diploma degree in management or any related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field.
- Able to use the computer, applications and programs.
- Able to speak, Read and Write in English.
