  • Carrying out office management work and all its contents.
  • Coordinating appointments, visits and meetings.
  • Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Preparing reports and agendas.
  • Follow-up and coordination with the department’s work team.

Requirements and skills:

  • Diploma degree in management or any related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field.
  • Able to use the computer, applications and programs.
  • Able to speak, Read and Write in English.
